SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
To transfer the Domain Name(s) you need to:
(1) print your name on the declaration that certifies you are the registrant of the Domain Name(s);
(2) list all of the Domain Name(s) that you own which are named in the suit;
(3) insert the name of the Registrar* through whom you registered the Domain Name(s);
(4) specify that you want to have your Registrar cancel the registrations of the Domain Name(s);
(5) specify that you will not register or use any Olympic domain names in the future; and
(6) sign and print your name at the bottom of the Declaration.
You will then need to send the Declaration to us by airmail, as the Court requires an original document.

Filing the Declaration will enable us to have the case dismissed as to the Domain Name(s) in the lawsuit and to have the Domain Name(s) registered by the Plaintiffs. After we receive a copy of the Court Order dismissing the Domain Name(s) from the lawsuit, we will send a copy to you.
Once you send us the Declaration, you will not need to take any further action in this matter.

* If you registered more then one Domain Name a single declaration can be used provided that all the Domain Names were registered through the same Registrar. However, if you have multiple Domain Names that were registered through different Registrars, you must complete a separate declaration for each Registrar.
