Robert P. Silverberg, Partner (Email: rsilverberg@sgbdc.com): Mr. Silverberg, formerly a partner at Condon & Forsyth, has been engaged in the practice of air transportation law for approximately 44 years. Mr. Silverberg represents clients before the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board, other governmental agencies, the Congress and the courts. Mr. Silverberg also has extensive experience in aviation related transactions.; Mr. Silverberg began his legal career as a trial attorney at the Civil Aeronautics Board. He formerly held the position of Senior Attorney at Trans World Airlines and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Air Florida. Mr. Silverberg is the past Chair of the Forum on Air & Space Law of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Aero Club and the International Aviation Club of Washington. Mr. Silverberg graduated with honors from George Washington University National Law Center in 1971 and is a member of the legal honor society Order of the Coif.
